The story of my life with rheumatoid arthritis from the beginning to the the end and my life after

Most of us will take a overall good physical condition as one of the most natural things in the world.

Like a gift we‘ll use carefree.

Should, sooner or later, this wonderful state come, due to the carefree use of it, to an end it is usually no smooth awakening to the new reality of our condition but a hard hit on the rock bottom.

Oftentimes we know better, how to life with than without our own good health. We are experienced in this way of life, rather than in receiving or even restoring our own health.

When our health is fading seek relief, cherish hope, but sometimes we feel helpless, sad, damaged and frightened.

We only really realize that our good physical condition does not come by itself.

It is no coincidence and no right to enforce upon our body.

Some illnesses arise from strains that have accumulated until they are unmanageable for our bodies.

So, a chronic inflammatory disease is only like the tip of the iceberg. It pokes into our consciousness and it becomes clear to us: “I have to change something now, that’s not the way it will work”.

This tip can also make itself noticeable to us in the form of stress-related rheumatoid arthritis.

The healing-practice called HeilÜben is a method meant to help each individual who may comes to use it stimulate the healing process and restoring it‘s own health.

With the HeilÜben, we devote ourselves to the part of the iceberg that dwells beneath the surface, constisting of permantent stress from congestions.

The practitioner enrichens the healing exercises with his own personal way of practicing them and thereby gains more knowledge about himself.

Within the HeilÜben we experience that we ourselves are the ones we can actively shape our health every day and by that how the whole process of reconstructing our body usually has to do on his own works.

In my upcoming articles, I’d like to tell you about my own experiences with the stress-related rheumatoid arthritis and how – out of my experiences – the HeilÜben came into being.

I report on the emergence and maintenance of stress-related RA from the point of view of the programm of the HeilÜben and how to practice the HeilÜben.

I wish you a good read.
