Thank you Taylor for this article!

TAYY UR BAE

Why should you eat sugar in moderation?

There are many reasons why refined sugar is bad for you.

The main reason I want to talk about today is, YOUR GUT.

      1. She did! 😊 I left her a comment; i think it’s going through the moderation process, lol 😊 Folks’ll look back on our times and wonder how it was so little was let be known about sugar (good & bad). It’s not even bolted on nutrition labels like other nutrition categories!

      2. They will look back and wonder:) In Germany, there is a law that makes companies label the sugar they used (and how much) – but that only makes them use more unhealthy sweeteners.

  2. Informative post. Too much sugar leads to diabetes and can turn to fat both of which are bad for our health.

    Great post.

    1. Exactly! That’s why I reblogged Taylors post – sugar is a drug after all and taking that seriously is very important. I wish you a wonderful and warm evening:)

  3. Great post. My husband was just talking about how eating Halloween candy might have made him lethargic. I knew sugar was bad but was not aware just how bad it is for you. Thanks for this very informative article. Love 💕 Joni

    1. Isn’t it good? Taylor wrote very well – sometimes I read it through again just to remind myself and keep my nutrition as sugar-free as possible. And I can totally relate to what your husband said:) I get the same sugar-shock after Christmas😋

      Have a great day
