My time with rheumatoid arthritis and my healing with HeilÜben-exercises

Text auf Deutsch lesen

“Human knowledge and human power meet in one; for where the cause is not known the effect cannot be produced. Nature to be commanded must be obeyed, and that which in contemplation is as the cause is in operation as the rule.”

Francis Bacon*

In 1994 I fell ill with rheumatoid arthritis due to the overburdening amount of tension that accumulated within my body as I was when facing a challenge used to tense my body instead of relaxing it. And as long as I wasn’t able to detect this harmful habit, I found myself wondering about where my RA might have come from. Just like people who suffer from stress-related head-, back- or stomachaches may do – but without being able to help myself – without being able to lower my tension until the chronic disease deceased.

Using the gentle, relaxing HeilÜben-exercises, I would change the harmful tensing-habit – and could eventually end inflammation and pain once and for all. This way, I healed my rheumatoid arthritis more than 18 years ago.

–> The HeilÜben-programme for everyone

When we’ve lost closeness to ourselves so far that we can no longer adequately explain or act after our physical or mental state and/or our environment to keep up our sense of well-being, when there is a dissonance between who we are and who we want to be – by detecting and eliminating harmful stress and tension HeilÜben is a way to pull ourselves up by your own bootstraps – also in prevention through a healthy posture, harmonic movement and relaxation in training and everyday life.

We’d love to hear from you!

  1. What better it can be when someone has a passion that benefits zillions around the world. Love your knowledge and work.
I also feel principles of Yoga is quite similar to this. Despite being so distant in geography and culture, we still almost speak the same language of healing. It is so interesting to know 😇🙏
