Hello! Welcome to my blog! Thank you for visiting!

My name is Laureen. I am an mom, wife, HeilÜben-coach, writer, animal rights activist, hobby athlete …

This blog and also my new book are in the making to share my passion in work against rheumatoid arthritis with the help from exercises bringing out more relaxation and happyness for body and soul.

My own experience and healing in a nutshell:

1994: Diagnosis of incipient aggressive rheumatoid arthritis with severe disease progression at the age of 22

06/1996: Discontinuation of medical treatment (not recommended for imitation, the consequences are incalculable!)

06/1996 to 12/1996: Gradual exit of inflammation, pain and chronic course due to the healing-practice called HeilÜben

01/1997 to 3/2001: Some isolated and increasingly rare occurring early stimuli without inflammation

4/2018: Ever since 17 years the rheumatoid arthritis is healed up. Without drugs, surgery or any change in diet.

03/2018 Part 1 of the HeilÜben (basics) comes out as a printed version and as e-book in German.

In it, the basics of HeilÜben, with which I ended pain and inflammation are clarified. It provides information on the method of the HeilÜben to help themselves and thus serves to experience sharing. However this does not replace the medical or therapeutic treatment. They are used on their own responsibility. It is not the intention of the author, to make a diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

The HeilÜben does not require the termination of any kind of medical treatment or therapy. It is, however, not designed to get side effects and interactions of drugs or consequential or concomitant diseases under control. Heals from rheumatoid arthritis, makes itself in terms of improvement in the overall well-being noticeable.

Often a healer / a promise of salvation is sought-after. All of this is not to be found with me.

As a former sufferer of rheumatoid arthritis I can report everything I’ve learned on my own way out of the cage the rheumatoid arthritis puts you in. With my blogposts and in personal HeilÜben-coachings I can give you the opportunity to take a look beyond the garden fence. However: I’m no ones lift to salvation. This path you need to walk for yourself.
