We are happy to accompany you on your way into the HeilÜben. Thinking through your possibilities, we will address these questions together:
Where do I come from, where do I want to go and where are my strengths and weaknesses?
When you ask yourself these questions, then you’re at where I was years ago. Back in time between 1994 and 1996, I searched for a way to heal my rheumatoid arthritis. I had lost closeness to myself. So far that I could no longer adequately explain my feelings and sentiences and thus was unable to act sufficiently in my environment. The dissonance between who I was and who I wanted to be troubled me.
Accordingly, before I healed from rheumatoid arthritis with the HeilÜben-exercises, I used to spend weeks, months and even years with various problems and mistakes as well as with minor and major worries. Delaying my exercises, they became more apparent during my chronic joint disease.
Such challenges that we face draw energy from us without leading to gain it back at some point. In this position, it is of good use to think through your own possibilities to find, reduce and close energy leaks. In doing so I got to know my strengths and weaknesses better, was able to save my own energy and to effectively use my strength. This contributed to the success of my HeilÜben.
Think through your possibilities – HeilÜben for beginners is based on these experiences. It works as an optimal introduction to the HeilÜben-exercises.
