Creating space for myself to make changes and understanding just what kind of changes I am aiming at – those are fundamental topics in the HeilÜben exercises.

HeilÜben exercises during pain attacks
We’ll discuss how I utilised my HeilÜben exercises for rheumatoid arthritis to alleviate pain directly and examine the effects on swelling, inflammation, and restricted movement.
I’ll discuss how I implemented my HeilÜben exercises to combat pain and inflammation, as well as my experiences with them. Using various examples, I’ll explain how I developed and continually improved my healing exercises.
