We’ll discuss the moments when we recognise the need for something to change in our lives. We’ll ask ourselves to define what that something is and how change can be successful.
Creating space for myself to make changes and understanding just what kind of changes I am aiming at – those are fundamental topics in the HeilÜben exercises.
Online. Live. Personal.

The HÜ! Talks are held on Mondays, with one of the following eight talks hosted on a topic most requested by our participants.
Together, we’ll explore our potential for making changes happen, which our imagination, body memory, desires, sensations, posture, and movement open up to us.
HeilÜben exercises during uncomfortable perceptions and tension
We’ll compare how we hold and move our bodies depending on whether we feel comfortable, insecure, or tense.
We’ll examine complex situations and compare, regarding unpleasant aspects of those situations, what we can change on our own with what requires the cooperation of others.
We’ll discuss possibilities that we can use alone or together with others, including tolerance and confrontation, successful interpersonal interactions, understanding, and constructive approaches.
We’ll explore the changes within ourselves that occur in the transition from pleasant to unpleasant and from unpleasant to pleasant sensations.
We’ll talk about how to regain calm and self-comfort when experiencing discomfort by either changing the situation or withdrawing from it.
We’ll look for ways to develop greater understanding and support for ourselves, even when we are confronted with unsatisfying results or setbacks, with fatigue, uncertainty, helplessness, and frustration.
We’d love to hear from you!

With our offers, we do not make any diagnoses, carry out any therapies, or make any promises of healing. The HeilÜben exercises are exclusively about passing on the experiences of someone who was previously affected by rheumatoid arthritis to help with questions about well-being.
