You want to deepen your HÜ! skills in everyday life, adjust them to new challenges, and find answers to your individual questions along the way?

Are you curious about how to do your fitness routine with anatomically accurate movements, free from underlying, harmful stress?

We have got you covered!

For more in-depth information on your HÜ! Level, you’ll find the matching HÜ! Routine here – online, and one-on-one.

You’ll learn how I continually deepened my HeilÜben exercises in everyday life thanks to my routines, and adapted them to new challenges. I found answers to questions that continued to arise after my rheumatoid arthritis ended alongside the pain, inflammation, and the chronic course. Keeping new routines free of harmful habits was a priority.

We are proud to present the HÜ! Routine

Today the HÜ! Routines are available as online live coaching, making it both easily accessible and tailored to individual needs.

While fighting my rheumatoid arthritis, at the core of my approach lay self-awareness, recognising my strengths and weaknesses, motivation, discipline, and self-confidence. These are the pillars on which my HeilÜben exercises rest, forming my routine, which deepens the contents of the corresponding HÜ! Levels, helping me regain strength and mobility after I healed from RA.

I assumed that the position of the skeleton determines muscle function and that muscles and tendons, in turn, influence bones and joints. So, in practising HeilÜben exercises, my primary focus was on anatomically correct movement to prevent incorrect loading and the detection and reduction of harmful stress.

During my routines, I gained valuable insights into the cues my body provided in response to the positions and stability of my musculoskeletal system, as well as the mobility of my joints, muscles, and tendons, from both myself and others.

Get inspired! In HÜ! meets … my team and I take you exploring movement therapy such as the Feldenkrais Method, and self-regulatory practices like autogenic training and progressive muscle relaxation. Learn interesting facts and discover new approaches to awareness, posture, and movement while you progress along your path.

Increasing strength, flexibility, and endurance, our HÜ! Fitness provide exercises that are adaptable to your level of mobility, each workout progresses step by step from isolated movements to more complex movement sequences. Examining closely the structure of our musculoskeletal system, observing its functions in detail and gradually applying them to larger movement contexts.

My HÜ! Routine focuses on anatomically correct movements and a healthy dynamic of tension and relaxation in everyday life, as well as in movement and fitness. This allowed me to identify and reduce overloading imbalances and their impact on my daily life.

Additionally, I share the fitness routine I have developed for myself since recovering from rheumatoid arthritis. Discover how defining my current stage in the journey helps me with my HeilÜben exercises and how the HÜ! Routine supports me and flows into my healthier lifestyle.

Thanks to my previous experience in healing exercises, I can now harmoniously incorporate every new element of exercise and relaxation that I want into my routines and stay healthy.

HÜ! Routines are available to individuals and groups alike. Grab a solid chair and a yoga mat, and you’re all equipped.
