In HeilÜben exercises Level 2 we’ll put relaxation to use. In everyday life and during pain and inflammation, we’ll learn to feel unnoticed but harmful tension again.

The right time, when I would be fully prepared to win immediately against rheumatoid arthritis, never came. As long as RA kept my body in a constant state of turmoil, with pain serving as my primary motivator and providing endless exercise options, my HeilÜben exercises were always evolving. I experimented, improved, and adapted until I gained a thorough understanding of what triggered my rheumatoid arthritis in various situations.

Over time, my HeilÜben exercises, which I initially structured with intention, became more intuitive and faster to perform. Everything I had successfully incorporated through these exercises gradually became part of my spontaneous reactions. This process took place from June to December 1996.
